How long does it take? 

All of our products are fully customizable and are made to order. Custom Shaped Cutout Pillows take 3-5 business days production + shipping. All other products 4-5 business days + shipping.

How do I care for my pillow?

Our pillows are machine washable and dryable. Simply wash it like you would anything else!

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more

What if I need to change information pertaining to my order?

If you need to change anything about your order (ex. Shipping address), please send us an email at info@getyadrip.com with email title: “Need to change my order - [Order Numer]”. Please be aware that you must email us within 4 hours of completing your order.
